As we all know, umpires play a crucial role at every level of netball, from grassroots to elite competitions and as a league we take immense pride in developing umpires of all ages and supporting them on their officiating journey. England Netball provides a clear training and development pathway, starting with the INTO officiating award for those aged 13 and up. If you're passionate about netball and complete this course, you can begin your exciting journey as an umpire. 

This year we were absolutely delighted to share some wonderful news with you as for the very first time in the history of the Plymouth Adult League, we had the honour of two junior players proudly qualifying as C Award Umpires. This is an incredible milestone and truly a testament to the unwavering dedication and hard work of our young players. 

But that's not all! We currently have a number of other junior players who either hold an INTO officiating qualification, or who are working towards their INTO qualification, and we are optimistic that many more will successfully qualify in the coming year. It's been heartwarming to witness these talented young individuals being welcomed to Team White and celebrating their achievements together.
