Each year, starting in September, Netball South West run a Junior Regional league which encompasses teams from all over South West Devon and Cornwall.    

The Junior Regional League has expanded recently and there are two divisions in each age group; u14 and u16. Each County get to send 2 or 3 teams to play off in a seeding tournament in September each season. Those teams who finish in the top 8 positions are placed in Division 1 of their age group. The others are places in Division 2 where there is likely to be two divisions of equal level but split North and South by geography. The top two in Division 1 at the end of the season get to represent the South West at the National Finals. 

Season 2024-25 has seen a whopping 8 Plymouth clubs enter regional teams!
